What we collect取得する情報
We collect only what the service needs in order to work:サービスの提供に必要な範囲に限り、以下を取得します。
- Account details from the Google or Microsoft account you sign in with: your name, email address, profile picture and the provider's account identifier. We never see or receive your password.サインインに使用された Google または Microsoft アカウントの情報（氏名、メールアドレス、プロフィール画像、各プロバイダのアカウント識別子）。パスワードを取得・閲覧することはありません。
- Settings you choose: display language, time zone, your public booking handle, your event types, availability and prices.お客様が設定した内容（表示言語、タイムゾーン、公開予約ハンドル、イベントタイプ、予約可能時間、料金）。
- Calendar data, and only if you connect a calendar: the list of calendars in that account, the busy periods we use to work out your free slots, and the events we create for your bookings. We do not read the contents of events we did not create.カレンダー連携を行った場合に限り、そのアカウントのカレンダー一覧、空き時間の算出に用いる予定あり時間帯、および当サービスが予約のために作成した予定。当サービスが作成していない予定の内容を読み取ることはありません。
- Booking details from the people who book with you: name, email address, optional phone number, answers to the questions you ask, any note they add, and the time and time zone they chose.予約者から提供される予約情報（氏名、メールアドレス、任意の電話番号、設問への回答、備考、選択された日時とタイムゾーン）。
- Payment records for paid bookings: the amount, currency, status, the Stripe identifiers and the receipt link. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and never reach our servers.有料予約の決済記録（金額、通貨、ステータス、Stripe の識別子、領収書リンク）。カード情報は Stripe の決済ページで入力され、当方のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
- Technical records needed to run the service safely: your IP address, your browser's user agent, your sign-in sessions, and an audit log of security-relevant actions such as signing in, connecting a calendar or changing billing.サービスを安全に運用するための技術的記録（IP アドレス、ブラウザのユーザーエージェント、サインインセッション、サインインやカレンダー連携、請求情報の変更といったセキュリティ上重要な操作の監査ログ）。
How we use it利用目的
We use this data to show your available times, to create and update calendar events for bookings, to send confirmations, reminders, receipts and service notices, to take your subscription payment, to keep the service secure and to investigate abuse, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you or of the people who book with you.取得した情報は、空き時間の表示、予約に対応するカレンダー予定の作成・更新、確認通知・リマインダー・領収書・サービス連絡の送信、サブスクリプション料金の決済、サービスの安全確保と不正利用の調査、および法令上の義務の履行のために利用します。個人データを販売することはなく、広告目的で利用することもなく、お客様や予約者のプロファイリングを行うこともありません。
Google user dataGoogle ユーザーデータの取扱い
When you connect a Google calendar we ask for permission to read your calendars and to create and manage events. We use that access only to see when you are busy so the service can offer free slots, and to write, update and delete the events for bookings made through your page.Google カレンダーを連携する際、カレンダーの読み取りと予定の作成・管理の許可を求めます。この権限は、空き時間を判定するために予定あり時間帯を確認する目的と、お客様のページ経由の予約に対応する予定を作成・更新・削除する目的にのみ使用します。
Business Box's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide or improve the service, we never use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit permission, to resolve a support issue you have raised, for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or where required by law.Business Box が Google API から受領した情報の使用は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（Limited Use の要件を含む）に準拠します。サービスの提供または改善に必要な場合を除き当該データを第三者に移転せず、広告目的には一切使用せず、お客様の明示的な同意がある場合、お客様から寄せられたサポート対応のために必要な場合、不正調査等のセキュリティ目的の場合、または法令上必要な場合を除き、人が閲覧することはありません。
Microsoft dataMicrosoft データの取扱い
When you connect a Microsoft or Outlook calendar we ask for permission to read and write calendar events. We use it for the same two purposes: reading your busy periods and managing the events for your bookings. We do not read unrelated mail, files or contacts, and we do not request access to them.Microsoft または Outlook のカレンダーを連携する際、カレンダー予定の読み取りと書き込みの許可を求めます。用途は Google の場合と同じく、予定あり時間帯の確認と、予約に対応する予定の管理の二点に限られます。関係のないメール、ファイル、連絡先を読み取ることはなく、それらへのアクセス権限を要求することもありません。
Who else sees it第三者への提供
We share data only with the providers that make the service work, and only to the extent each one needs:サービスの提供に必要な事業者に対し、各事業者が必要とする範囲に限って提供します。
- Google, where you sign in with Google or connect a Google calendar.Google（Google でのサインイン、または Google カレンダー連携を利用する場合）。
- Microsoft, where you sign in with Microsoft or connect an Outlook calendar.Microsoft（Microsoft でのサインイン、または Outlook カレンダー連携を利用する場合）。
- Stripe, which handles subscription payments and, for paid bookings, the payment into the account holder's own Stripe account. Stripe receives the booker's email address and the payment details they enter.Stripe（サブスクリプション決済、および有料予約におけるアカウント保有者自身の Stripe アカウントへの入金処理）。Stripe は予約者のメールアドレスおよび入力された決済情報を受領します。
- Amazon Web Services, which sends the service's email.Amazon Web Services（サービスからのメール送信）。
- Authorities, where the law requires it, and professional advisers bound by confidentiality.法令上必要な場合の公的機関、および守秘義務を負う専門家。
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.個人データを販売することはなく、第三者のマーケティング目的で共有することもありません。
Where your data is heldデータの保存場所
The service's database runs on our own server in Japan, and outgoing email is sent through Amazon Web Services in Tokyo. Google, Microsoft and Stripe are international providers and may process data outside that region under their own safeguards.サービスのデータベースは日本にある当方のサーバー上で稼働し、送信メールは東京リージョンの Amazon Web Services を経由します。Google、Microsoft、Stripe は国際的な事業者であり、各社の保護措置のもとで当該地域外においてデータを処理する場合があります。
How long we keep it保存期間
Sign-in sessions expire after thirty days of inactivity and ninety days in all cases. The short-lived records used during sign-in expire within minutes, and cached busy times within a minute. Bookings and their payment records are kept as your business record until you delete your account. Deleting your account removes your account data from our database, and we ask the providers to revoke the access tokens we hold.サインインセッションは、最終利用から 30 日、いかなる場合でも 90 日で失効します。サインイン処理中に用いる一時的な記録は数分で、空き時間のキャッシュは 1 分程度で失効します。予約およびその決済記録は、お客様の事業上の記録としてアカウント削除まで保存します。アカウントを削除すると、当方のデータベースからアカウントに関するデータを削除し、保有するアクセストークンの失効を各プロバイダに要求します。
How we protect it安全管理
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Calendar refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Session tokens and booking management links are stored only as hashes, so a copy of the database cannot be replayed to impersonate anyone. Access to the production system is limited to the people who operate it.通信は TLS により暗号化されます。カレンダーのリフレッシュトークンは AES-256-GCM により保存時に暗号化されます。セッショントークンおよび予約管理リンクはハッシュ値のみを保存しているため、データベースの複製があっても第三者になりすますことはできません。本番環境へのアクセスは運用担当者に限定されています。
Your choicesお客様の選択
You can see and correct most of your data in the app at any time. You can delete your account, and with it your data, from the Settings page. You can disconnect a calendar at any time in the app, and you can revoke this service's access directly in your Google or Microsoft account security settings. If you booked an appointment and want your details removed, contact the person you booked with, or write to us at [email protected] and we will help.アプリ内でいつでもご自身のデータの多くを確認・修正できます。設定ページからアカウントとそれに紐づくデータを削除できます。カレンダー連携はアプリ内でいつでも解除でき、Google または Microsoft アカウントのセキュリティ設定から当サービスのアクセス権を直接取り消すこともできます。予約した側の方でご自身の情報の削除を希望される場合は、予約先の方にご連絡いただくか、[email protected] までご連絡ください。対応いたします。

We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers.サインイン状態を維持するために必要な Cookie を 1 つのみ使用します。広告目的には使用せず、広告・解析のトラッカーも設置していません。
Childrenお子様について
The service is meant for business use and is not directed at children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect their data.本サービスは事業者向けであり、16 歳未満の方を対象としていません。当方が認識してお子様のデータを取得することはありません。
Changes to this policy本ポリシーの変更
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and we will tell account holders by email before any change that materially affects them takes effect.本ポリシーを変更する場合は冒頭の日付を更新します。アカウント保有者に重大な影響を及ぼす変更については、発効前にメールでお知らせします。
